The order process was simple and easy to follow. I requested numerous samples and they all arrived quickly and were a great help to enable me to make my choice. Once ordered I was kept updated on the delivery which arrived in a safe and well packaged condition. All in all a great experience which I will repeat shortly.
I actually can't think of anything English Blinds could do to improve their service. The website is well thought out and presented and easy to navigate.

The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given.
