The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.
Very nice blind, easy to put up following the great supplied instructions. Delivery was as promised. This was a test for me to assess quality and ease of positioning. I am very pleased with both aspects. I have in fact placed another order.

Fantastic blind, received 3 samples so I could get the perfect yellow. I ordered online which was nice and easy and I received the blind a few days later. It looks fantastic. I highly recommend English blinds.
I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
