Extremely pleased with the blinds I purchased with this company. It's the second time purchasing with them due to décor changes. The first lot is still as good as the time installed and the second lot looks just as good. The blinds were of excellent quality and the patterns were true to the photos on the website. Installation was quick and easy. I'm getting ready to order more for another room! I couldn't be happier!!

Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
