Simple and secure transactions, and good communications advising the different stages of the order process through to delivery. Delivered securely and well packed.
The ordering on the website was very straightforward. We ordered five assorted blinds, all different sizes and all fitted well. The order came on time as stated. I did manage to cut through one of the cords when unpacking but a replacement soon came after contacting English blinds. Good value for money and I would choose them again.
