The two sets of blinds were delivered exactly as measured and ordered, and on time - at the very beginning of the expected date range. They were simplicity itself to install, with very clear instructions and plenty of screws etc. for the fittings.
I ordered a kitchen blind. Unfortunately, we did not measure properly, 1cm out. I contacted English Blinds who asked us to return them. They not only amended the blinds but sent them to me free of charge. Brilliant customer service. Very satisfied.

Samples arrived quickly. Customer service help by phone, regarding advice in measuring, was very helpful. The blind was fairly easy to install and it looks great. I would definitely recommend English Blinds.
