I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.
The whole process has been a good one. It was very helpful to receive some samples to assist us in our decision making. The ordering was straightforward and communication regarding the delivery was excellent. The blinds duly arrived, well packaged and with clear instructions. We would certainly use this firm again and recommend it to others.
The blinds are very good quality and the colours and styles are accurately represented on the website. The overall level of service was very good.
The lime green blackout blinds are fitted in a new kitchen extension and look terrific. I will certainly use English Blinds again when we refit the bathrooms etc.: next year!

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Prompt, efficient service and very good value. The track of my louvre blind had a minor fault. It was replaced two days later, no questions asked and no charge. I will certainly use them again.
Really pleased with the two roller blinds we got. The service was very helpful in determining how to measure the blinds ourselves, and it was straightforward in terms of ordering from the website.
