I ordered 3 blinds of different sizes over the internet, then my builder told me that the measurements for one blind had to be altered. English Blinds were very helpful and understanding, holding the order until I could confirm the correct measurements.
The company kept us fully updated about our order. It arrived when promised and in perfect condition. Blind is exactly as described and instructions to fit were clear to follow. Once hung it looks lovely

Really nice blind. Lovely quality. The communication was good and the tracking system is a great idea. I've had blinds from several companies but the quality was nowhere near as good as from you guys. It's perfect.
