I like the fact that you can also track the process of your order and delivery was prompt and exactly in the time frame they predicted. The roller blinds are excellent, far better than Hillary's Blinds we used on a previous occasion. The website made the selection of fabric easy and prices for the chosen size were nearly instant. I have always cut down standard-size blinds in the past, but the blind we purchased from English Blinds was just so much easier to fit and very good quality. I was concerned about just giving window dimensions online and whether it would be the right size, but they really know what they are doing and the tolerances for fitting were perfect. I have used English Blinds before so there was no hesitation in using them again. The ordering procedure was easy to use as both blinds ordered are of precise size and quality. This particular order was for a kitchen blind in a soft pink and it looks amazing. As you can tell I would recommend using them.
