Well-made product with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. As an unforeseen result, we noticed that some of our Victorian window frames were not quite vertical whereas the blinds were. The blinds still look great, especially as all the windows on that elevation match.
Made to an exact fit. Promptly dispatched and well packaged. A previous order was slightly faulty but a new blind was made and dispatched without fuss right away. Brilliant service!
The samples were very helpful in matching colours, and you also kindly sent me an example bracket so I could check that they fit in our narrow recess.
