Very pleased with my new blinds. They look fantastic and are exactly as described on the website. They have a lovely shutter-like look from the outside and yet are more economical and less bulky than shutters in the interior. Extremely good service from start to finish! I ordered a sample first which arrived (respectable size) within a day. The website and the 'How to measure options' were explained clearly, so easy to do. The website is very user friendly so easy to submit your measurements. The blind arrived within the time frame specified and was packaged neatly using a limited amount of cardboard.
