Customer service was first-rate and the actual blind is lovely and of superb quality. Just perfect for my kitchen! Definitely use English blinds again.
The blind I ordered looks beautiful in our bathroom, matches the colour scheme and really does block out the light as well as people not being able to see in when you're taking a shower!
