They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Absolutely fabulous blind and excellent customer service throughout. The pattern, colour and quality of the whole blind exceeded my expectations and looks so lovely in our bedroom. It is a wide blind, 235cm, so English Blinds suggested having the fabric turned 90 degrees to fit our window. This has worked really well. I will be ordering again for another window as I am so impressed all around.

I would definitely recommend English blinds. I phoned them to ask about sizes they were very helpful and very easy to talk to. The blind I got is of great quality with all the instructions fixtures and fittings. I have to say when we talked on the phone their manner was excellent.
