Delighted with product. Arrived very promptly. Good range of colours and designs. Despite a misunderstanding about measurement where tiles protruded into a recess, the firm adjusted the size and returned the blind promptly free of charge.

Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. It was delivered well before the final estimated date, thoroughly protected in bubble wrap and with all necessary fittings and it fits perfectly (to the millimetre). It looks superb and we will certainly not hesitate to return to English blinds as and when the need arises.
