Response to a request for samples was very quick and the ordering process was straightforward. The Company were helpful in agreeing to delay production until I confirmed the colour scheme. Delivery was prompt and the final product was high quality. Guidance for self-installation was readily provided. Overall a very stress-free experience.

I loved the ease of using the website and ordering was simple. My chosen blinds were in the sale and then there was a further discount at checkout.
