Extremely pleased with both the service and the quality of the blinds. The fit is exactly as I ordered and the price was great as well. We couldn't find the size we required on the high street so we were delighted to find a blinds company that supplied them made to measure in larger sizes, they look just perfect at the windows. I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.

Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved
