I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Prompt, efficient service and very good value. The track of my louvre blind had a minor fault. It was replaced two days later, no questions asked and no charge. I will certainly use them again.
The blinds received are great, no complaints there. There was a delay in my order getting to me due to a faulty batch - English Blinds contacted me to let me know this, they were extremely helpful and the problem was rectified very quickly.

Although my blind order couldn't be dispatched in full due to stock issues with the supplier, the customer service and communication from English Blinds could not have been better. Always willing to discuss the order and update as requested, very helpful.
I contacted English Blinds with my measurements in inches, which they kindly converted to cm for me. The order was placed and I was advised at every step of the way what was happening. It was delivered within 1 week even though advised it could take two. Great company, thanks
