No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company. The order process was simple and easy to follow. I requested numerous samples and they all arrived quickly and were a great help to enable me to make my choice. Once ordered I was kept updated on the delivery which arrived in a safe and well packaged condition. All in all a great experience which I will repeat shortly.
Lots to choose from. We sent off for 2 samples and were very pleased we did to find the right colour. The online guidance for measuring is very good and we were kept informed of the delivery forecast and despatch. Our order of 2 blinds arrived within time and by UPS carrier. Very good experience.
