I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. This is why instead of turning to Hillary's Blinds, as I usually do, I turned to English Blinds who had in stock exactly what I needed and whose website made it very easy to enter measurements and complete the order. I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
