BRILLIANT. Having been a professional blind salesman and fitter many years ago, I was highly delighted to find how simple and easy it was to order from English Blinds. My experience with the recent order I placed, could not have been better. There was a slight delay in delivery, but being that I ordered them just before Christmas, I had allowed for that. The quality was better than expected for the cost. When I used to sell and fit, the only issues I had with customers were when they gave me measurements, and when problems arose, it was found that they had not measured correctly. A sample was ordered and it arrived in 24 hours. The customer helpline was answered promptly and the member of staff was polite and was able to answer technical questions. The blind was delivered quickly. It is of very good quality and the instructions for installation were easy to follow.
