Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
We had previously bought a blind from this company. Great blinds. Slight problem with too few screws and raw plugs sent but one phone call and replacements were sent first class post. Easy to fit. These were blackout and thermal roller blinds.

I was a bit nervous about measuring and fitting blinds myself having used companies that do it all in the past and with my limited DIY skills. Wanted to save some money this time and the sample choice was good, and the speed of delivery saved a lot of time over getting someone out to us so I gave it a go. I'm really pleased with the quality. They are up though and look great. I would definitely use them again, in fact, I wish I had always done it this way.
