This is my second lot of blinds from The English Blind Company, and when I need to replace my next blinds, I will shop once more with them. Excellent, quick and efficient service and a good quality product that is well affordable. Their customer service department is second to none, proper “old-fashioned” service that few companies have nowadays, sadly! I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.
I would like to say I have received excellent service from these guys. The blind arrived days after it was ordered and excellent quality, just what we wanted. The fixing brackets at first didn't appear to have been included so I phoned them and they agreed to send a further supply no quibble first class the same day. My husband then found the original in the other packaging! I would thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them for my next purchase.

Good service, good product
Ordering was easy and straightforward with both the samples and the roller blind and English Blinds kept me informed on the progress of the blind. Delivery was hassle-free and I am pleased with the blind. It appears to be of better quality than other roller blinds I have bought online.
