The product was as described and arrived in good time. I made a mistake with bracket type but emailed them and they emailed back explaining part's I needed would be put in post. English Blinds offers a wide choice of blinds. This is why instead of turning to Hillary's Blinds, as I usually do, I turned to English Blinds who had in stock exactly what I needed and whose website made it very easy to enter measurements and complete the order. I was very impressed with the additional help I received along the way. When I phoned English Blinds with a question about the actual appearance of the kind and colour of water-resistant blind I had in mind. It was suggested by a very charming lady that I should order samples before making my final choice. This was very easy to do online, and an excellent idea. Once ordered, the blind arrived promptly and well packaged. The instructions for installing it were very clear and I am delighted with the result.
Very happy. I ordered three blinds in total and all three were perfect. I emailed to see when two of the blinds would be delivered and was emailed back straight away. Very happy and have already recommended them to a friend.
