Good product made and delivered quickly.
Blinds arrived in about a week (2 bank holidays in the middle so may have been quicker without them). Fittings are metal instead of plastic on some blinds so should be pretty strong. Easy to fit with supplied plugs and screws.
The wooden blinds have two strings to adjust them and are really nice and much better than the single string on the white blinds we bought from another company. The blinds look perfect and fit so well with my measurements.
I cannot say that any improvements are needed. I was 100% satisfied with the service, delivery and product
