Nothing to improve really, the blind was as expected, really good quality, easy to fit and arrived within the timescales provided. Delivery notification was received and completed as stated.

We put the blind up today and it looked great and of good quality - perfectly finishes off the kitchen. I love the blind.
Having previously wasted time and money cutting down an off-the-shelf faux wood venetian blind from Dunelm, I decided to try English Blinds instead. The samples arrived quickly and then a week later my new blind arrived. The quality of the mechanism and the service and product are both excellent. Yes, the components used are far better than my previous blind and it operates very smoothly. The quality of the faux wood is also much superior and has a realistic wood grain. Highly recommend them, and will use them again for my other rooms. I would recommend this company to others.

It can be a minefield ordering online - particularly something which needs to be the right size and colour. I was very, very impressed with the product and the easy ordering. I will be ordering more.
