Overall a great experience, ordering was an easy process, once I had measured about 6 times to be certain lol Received email updates as appropriate throughout the process, including dispatch with tracking info. When the order arrived I thought OMG that looks huge, but it was the packaging which was very good. The blind fitted perfectly and was the colour ordered, fitting wasn't a problem, good instructions were included. Based on this experience I am looking at ordering another blind for a different room Well done, 5-stars well deserved

After a 6-month wait for a refund from another company from whom I ordered a blind, I was rather nervous about whom to order from next. I rang English Blinds and felt confident after talking with their representative, so ordered my blinds and couldn't be happier. The print (Cottage Garden) is beautiful and the blinds (roller) are well constructed. I am a very satisfied customer. The delivery time was also within what was stated when ordering. Obviously a more professional company than the previous one that I ordered from.
