I found them on the internet and intended to use their online ordering service but as I lived close to their premises went to the site to look at the samples We ordered there and then as the staff were very helpful and could supply exactly what I required. Excellent service from ordering to delivery.
The ordering process was straightforward, status updates were clear and regular and the delivered item was as expected. Very pleased with the overall experience.
No improvements are needed. The blind was made to my specifications. Communication was detailed from the receipt of the order to posting and delivery. The blind itself was of excellent quality and was exactly as advertised on the website. Very pleased with the end result. This is the second blind I have bought from this company.
