I wanted the two blinds I had ordered to arrive quickly, so I followed up my online order with a request via email that they be produced and dispatched as soon as possible! I received a prompt response saying that they would do their best, and the blinds arrived at my home in 2 working days which was great.

The lime green blackout blinds are fitted in a new kitchen extension and look terrific. I will certainly use English Blinds again when we refit the bathrooms etc.: next year!
I would like to say how pleased I am with my blind, the quality is very good. I would also like to say, that when I had a stupid moment and ordered the blind again, one of the sales team rang me, to see if I did want 2 blinds or if it was a mistake. The whole experience was excellent. Samples arrived very quickly and were large enough to make a good judgement. Once I had decided which fabric to use the ordering was quick and easy. The finished roller blinds arrived after just 5 days and are exactly as planned. My husband found them easy to fit. Would definitely recommend English Blinds to all my friends.
