As always they were excellent. This is the second batch of blinds I have ordered from them. The first time I made an error which they happily and quickly rectified. Great blinds and great customer service.
I was really impressed with the customer service! I made an error when ordering the wrong colour blinds, but was reassured that all would be corrected, and when they arrived they were perfect! I would definitely recommend them. Good quality craftsmanship which is hard to find these days.

The blind arrived within the given timescale and it was installed this morning. It is quite stunning and is of such good quality. I will be measuring up other windows in the house and ordering some more samples this week. I've already been recommending English Blinds to friends. They are worth every one of the five stars I've given them!
Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK.
