Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. Well made and expertly packaged blinds. They even supplied a couple of spare slats for each blind which wasn't expected but could be handy when my son makes one dirty!
