I asked for my order to be delivered on a specific date and the person I spoke to was helpful and said he would arrange that. When I rang another time for an update I was again given the information willingly and efficiently. The blinds arrived exactly when he said and I could track my parcel all the way.
I am very pleased with the two blinds. They were made exactly to the widths requested, they are neatly finished, and look very good in my kitchen. I will be happy to recommend English Blinds to my family and friends.

Great quick service. Easy to fit
I have used this company before for a few blinds so it was my first port of call when I needed a new one for my kitchen. It's quite difficult to choose a fabric online without seeing and feeling it, so their sample service is a great bonus. My samples arrived very quickly, and I was able to choose and order straight away. The progress of my order was kept up to date by email and the blind arrived on the day that I was notified. It was beautifully made and very well packaged to protect it during transit. I would definitely use English Blinds again in the future.
