Very pleased with the whole order (3 blinds). A minor problem with the length of one of the blinds was solved very swiftly and without any problem.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

What a fantastic company! I actually ordered curtains with blackout linings, they arrived yesterday and are fabulous. Everything was so easy to do on the website, sizes, headings and lining. They only took 2 weeks to arrive, we're packaged beautifully and when hung had no creases. Venetian blind was ready earlier than expected. The item was well made, much better quality than anticipated for the price. Easy to fit and turned out to be a perfect colour match for the new kitchen. Absolutely beautiful.
