The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
Very pleased with the blind. Good quality together with all the necessary fixtures and fittings. It looks really great. So impressed, we intend to order another one for the bedroom after the Christmas holiday. We were kept advised of the production date and delivery date and the blind arrived on time. Excellent service. I had made an error on my order. I emailed and sorted it very quickly with their customer service, with extra information advising my order wouldn't change but they would amend it manually. The blind received quicker than estimated delivery. This is my fourth blind easy to fit and nicely gives my kitchen a new look. Highly recommended
