My order arrived within 3 days approx. 1 blind was damaged in transit, English blinds responded within 24 hours after sending pictures of the damage. A replacement was sent and received within 2 working days. Good quality blinds and really happy with the customer service received and will use the company again.

Very reliable service, by phone and email. Samples arrived the next day. Order fulfilled when promised, very well packed, all items included. The previous order was installed by the company fitter, but this service is not available now due to the lockdown. I was a little nervous about self-measuring and installing but managed OK. I was replacing a cut-to-size blind I bought from John Lewis and was (pleasantly) surprised that this made-to-measure one was only a few pounds more. It's well made and was easy to put up. The blind was well packed and the wrapping was a nice touch.
