Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

The blinds I ordered for the kitchen were absolutely perfect. I am so pleased with the purchase and what a difference it has made to the kitchen, it has brought it to life.
I had put off ordering blinds online because I was so worried about getting it wrong and what would the quality be like but I shouldn't have worried. It was all explained so clearly and gave different options depending on the look I wanted. The blinds came really quickly with clear instructions and were so easy to put up. Only my second ever project with a drill but it was EASY, and the quality was great. Lovely thick robust blinds. I will definitely use again.
Easy to order. The blinds arrived very quickly, brilliantly packaged and are even better than I had imagined. Cheaper than Hillary's and made to measure for a very unusually sized window. Can't fault the service in any way.

Great quality faux wood Venetian blinds at a competitive cost. Very pleased with the quality and manufacture of them. They fitted exactly to my measurements, so all good.
