Excellent service from placing the order and then being notified when the blinds were in production to when they were being dispatched. They arrived within the quoted time frame as well. We got 4 of the diamond grain white blinds which are fitted in our bay and complete with the pelmets are absolutely first class. We would use them again and most definitely recommend to friends and family.
Excellent service. I wanted a pelmet wider than the blind, and an additional pelmet for an existing blind. English Blinds arranged both with no hassle. The blinds arrived with speed and are of very good quality. Easy installation, full instructions and all fixings supplied. After installation, I realised that I required a slightly longer pair of head rails and an additional slat for each - I'd mismeasured, providing sizes of existing Venetian blinds which sat snug to the window frame! English Blinds couldn't have been more helpful and sourced the exact parts at no cost to me. I can't praise them enough and will look no further when I require more blinds.
