The quality is excellent along with the price and when I phoned to say that I would not be able to take delivery on certain dates it was no trouble for them to delay until I could be there. This is my first order from englishblinds. I was encouraged to place my order after receiving three excellent, sensible-sized fabric samples. All three blinds are exactly true to size, and the fabric is pleasingly aligned the same along the pattern in all three blinds. The delivery date was notified by the courier, who turned up 3 days earlier than expected, and all within a week!
