Fantastic service, reliable and professional

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.

No complaints, very satisfied with quality and delivery. We ordered three for our lounge, all a slightly different width. It was helped that each blind had the dimensions on them.

These guys have been great! I have zero complaints. We have ordered 4 wooden slat blinds in all different sizes and colours and they've all arrived and been perfect. No issues in putting up either. The only company I could find that had the wider width I needed. Good price and they look great. Good customer service too as we had a slight problem that the blinds would not lower, emailed in the evening and they responded early the next morning, advice was given, which works and now installed they're looking great.
