Had a bit of trouble getting the discount knocked off at checkout but that could have been my fault. However, the problem was sorted out by an extremely helpful young lady on the phone. I am extremely pleased with my blind it is lovely and fits perfectly. Easy to use website and very straightforward ordering system. The blinds arrived by carrier within a week, excellently packaged and protected. The blinds themselves are a perfect fit and look fantastic. Very happy with my blind. Strong aluminium tubing and very good fabric. I gave the wrong delivery address by mistake however this was rectified easily by email. Very competitive prices would recommend them to anybody and will have no hesitation using them again.
We ordered 3 sets of vertical blinds for the kitchen and landing in our house. This was 3 years ago (2017). We are very happy with how they are lasting. In fact, we are now approaching them for more blinds for different rooms. (2020)
