I found the whole process online very easy to use, clear instructions were given on how to measure and make sure the blind fitted. The blind was delivered in excellent time, well above expectations. All fittings and fixtures were included with blind and was easy to put up. I am absolutely thrilled with my blind and is perfect for my room. I ordered a blind for one window with the plan to get another one for a larger window but wanted to order this one first to be sure it was the one I wanted and my measurements were correct. Now that I have received it and fitted it to the window I couldn't be happier and will definitely be ordering another ASAP.
Absolutely amazing service from English Blinds. We received our six blinds on the date promised and were over the moon with the quality of them as the prices were so reasonable. However, we had a slight crack in one of the blinds, but after emailing and letting customer services know, they sent out a replacement within two days with no bother at all. Brilliant product and service, we will be using them again.
The order procedure was simple enough, customer support was excellent, and they even sent out a letter to the card holder's address as the delivery address was elsewhere. We would be happy to recommend English Blinds to others
