Excellent choice of blinds (more than most) and we needed to obtain a white blind with a see-through pattern to match a new cloakroom (with frosted gloss). Easy website to use, and the finished product is very good quality and looks great against my window. I researched a few online companies and English Blinds was the only company to send me a proper sample of the wooden blind that I was interested in, this made selection so much easier than looking at a representative photograph.
Ordered a waterproof blind to cover the window area in the shower. It was easy to order (guidelines on the website for made-to-measure blinds were good) and it looks great in the bathroom.
I actually can't think of anything English Blinds could do to improve their service. The website is well thought out and presented and easy to navigate.
We received our blinds one week after ordering, they are of a very high quality and look beautiful at the windows. When I made enquiries about delivery the lady was very pleasant and helpful she rang me the day before delivery and I also got an email. I would recommend English Blinds.
