I purchased two blinds and I am very pleased with both. The website is easy to use and the measurements were spot on. The mechanism and fabric are of very good quality. Delivery was before the estimated date and communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to choose English Blinds again.
I ordered made-to-measure blinds for my summerhouse, they arrived as specified, but I wrongly ordered a recess fitting. This was no problem all I had to do was to send the valance fronts back to have them cut so the valance returns fitted, this was done within a couple of days. Excellent quality and outstanding service.

Ordered made-to-measure blinds that are 100% waterproof, really happy with them, they are blackout as well, so hanging them at the bathroom windows is perfect. Overall they're very well made, ordering was easy and value for money.
