The instructions for installing were clear, the blinds are very well made and the fixtures and good quality too. We contacted customer services about the delay in the order and they were very helpful. We were very pleased and are now planning to order more blinds for the back of the house.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. There was a slight problem with the size of my blind but English Blinds phoned immediately and explained the issue and the solution - the finished blind was then delivered the following day - would certainly use again.
