Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
Great service, great range of stylescoloursdesigns, delivered promptly. The best part was the free material samples to help us decide on the right blind before ordering, which also arrived quickly. Will definitely use again, and recommend based on our first experience with this company!
Instructions for ordering are very easy to follow, the blinds were delivered within the time advised and when the two parcels arrived, they were well packaged with no sign of any damage. Fitting instruction is very easy to follow and the blind was fully assembled and fitted within a few minutes. I would recommend English Blinds to anybody who is looking for a blind.
