Delighted with the quality of the Roman blind I received from English Blinds. It was half the price I had originally been quoted from another company! Delighted with the product. Communication throughout was excellent and when I realised I had ordered the exact size and not recess fit, the team were accommodating to adapt the order. Excellent service.

Response to a request for samples was very quick and the ordering process was straightforward. The Company were helpful in agreeing to delay production until I confirmed the colour scheme. Delivery was prompt and the final product was high quality. Guidance for self-installation was readily provided. Overall a very stress-free experience.

Everything was fine and the blind was just the job

When I'd decided which pattern I liked best, I then thought, ah, now I've got to get the exact measurement of each window. Not being too sure about this, I thought I'd ring English Blinds, and ask their advice on how to measure properly. They couldn't have been more helpful. They talked me through the whole process, I followed their advice exactly. Within a few days, they were delivered to me.

I placed an order via the online portal, the process was quick and simple. However, there was an issue with the availability of the fabric I had ordered (it was not available in the width we had ordered) English Blinds rang me the next day and explained the problem. We then chose and ordered a different blind (more expensive) but with no financial penalty. The blind arrived within 3 days, and it looks brilliant in our kitchen. Fantastic service and we would not hesitate to use English Blinds again.
