Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.

The website was easy to navigate the blinds were easy to order. The delivery was as instructed, with no delays or hassles. My husband was very impressed with the quality of the blinds and the value for the money. My husband fitted them himself without any problems. The windows now look great with the blinds. We are very pleased with our blinds and would recommend buying from them and we would definitely use them again.

English Blinds were great. Initially, the samples they sent out were a really good size, so you had a good idea of the whole pattern. The website gave clear instructions on how to measure the window to ensure the blind would fit correctly. The blind arrived in 5 days. All in all very happy, oh they were very responsibly priced too. The roller blind is excellent - well-made and colours as per the website, reasonably priced too. Easy to fit. Would recommend to others.
