I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! I actually can't think of anything English Blinds could do to improve their service. The website is well thought out and presented and easy to navigate.
We have purchased the 50mm faux wood blinds in white for a uniform look in our new home as an alternative to shutters. Shutters were quite an expensive option for us, they also meant we couldn't make them rise and fall as we wished. We are so happy with the blinds! They look amazing and are made really well.
