The ordering process was easy, with handy guides on how to measure the window recess and I liked that you could use inches, centimetres, or millimetres. Delivery was prompt, I think it took 3 days from order to delivery and we were kept informed every step of the process. All in all, it was a great service and the blind is well made and of excellent quality. I would certainly recommend this company to my family and friends
