Easy to order and I found the guidance on measuring to be very clear. It was great to be able to order so many samples before ordering. The blind fits perfectly, and it was easy to put up. The blind looks great, and the price was excellent compared to other well known blind producers.

The first thing that was brilliant was you had a wonderful collection of designs, then once ordered a good tracking system to let us know on delivery, and right on cue arrived in the time slot given. I had a smooth transaction. E-mail communication was good and the item arrived within the timescales promised. Measurements were accurate to the millimetre leading to an easy installation. I have no complaints. Don't think it could have gone any smoother.
Contacted this supplier for advice before placing my order. The gentleman was very helpful with sizes suitable for the location I was planning. The blind arrived very securely packaged in its sturdy tubular container within the timescale specified. Fitting could not have been easier. Oh, the joy of not having to open the thing up on the floor and attempt to just trim to size!
