It really was a good experience, the blind arrived and it fitted. It was easy to fit as I had the brackets already in position from a previous blind. Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
