My son ordered blinds from English, as soon as I saw them knew they were what I was looking for. Always difficult to buy what you can't see. But they are so well made. Look exactly how I hoped.
Blinds exactly as ordered. The fitting instructions were good and pretty easy to put up. Arrived within the period stated when ordered. Overall a very good product and very good service - thank you.
The bathroom blind arrived within a few days having been made to fit our bathroom window. This blind and its fittings are of excellent quality, in fact, the best we have ever installed, so easy to install. Very, very pleased with it and the service provided by English Blinds. Thank you.

The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.
