My experience with English Blinds was first class despite some initial problems trying to select a different tape width on their website. One phone call to Customer Services was all that was needed to resolve this and she also went the extra mile to help me select my blind. The delivery was swift. The wooden blinds have two strings to adjust them and are really nice and much better than the single string on the white blinds we bought from another company. The blinds look perfect and fit so well with my measurements.

Good customer service too as we had a slight problem that the blinds would not lower, emailed in the evening and they responded early the next morning, advice was given, which works and now installed they're looking great.
