The blind is fantastic. There was a slight mix-up with the delivery company but that was sorted out fast, and the blind turned up the next morning.
5 stars. The ordering was easy, the blind (roller blackout) looks to be well made and the material is thick. I had ordered a free sample. On the day of delivery, I received 2 texts and it arrived promptly. So I shall order another from them again.
amazing customer service from start to end. I had a technical issue with my order but they sorted it all out for me. They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly.
