This is my second lot of blinds from The English Blind Company, and when I need to replace my next blinds, I will shop once more with them. Their customer service department is second to none, proper “old-fashioned” service that few companies have nowadays, sadly! I have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.
Very satisfied with the service and quality of the blinds. Also, we misplaced a small clip and when I phoned to ask if you could send a replacement it arrived the next day so thank you very much for sending it so quickly.
