On June 22 I bought 2 large, 5cm slat horizontal wooden blinds with tapes. I found measuring up was very well explained, I had one recess and one exact fitting, and choosing the colour was extremely hard as so many different combinations! Ordering was easy and my blinds were delivered on the day arranged. Wow! The blinds and all the fittings scream I'm lasting for years! Really good sturdy fittings with all options on ways to install them explained well. We had both blinds up in no time at all. Both blinds were a perfect fit exactly what I ordered and both the open-close and lift-up movements are very smooth. I cannot comment on customer service as I've nothing to complain about! But I was kept well informed along my blinds journey to me. I would recommend buying from English Blinds and will be ordering the same again for a few more windows very soon, thanks
