I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. The item was lost by the delivery company who were not any help whatsoever. I called English blinds and spoke to customer service who were very helpful and made another blind and dispatched it the same day. Now it has arrived and is fitted. Very pleased with the quality and service. Thank you.
