They reply quickly to emails and calls. 1 blind had been damaged in transit and again they sorted this very quickly. The made-to-measure blinds fit the window recesses perfectly. Excellent service, as always. Ordering couldn't be simpler. A complete guide to measuring and a great choice of fabrics and styles. I had a slight difficulty with the availability of my choice of fabric but was resolved very quickly by telephone and my order was underway. Arrived by courier and I am delighted with my blinds. Will always use English Blinds because I trust them and they never let me down.

The samples we requested were delivered very quickly. When we visited the office, the lady was very helpful in getting more samples. The order process was efficient and the help we received from Gemma was excellent. The blinds were available to collect quickly and we are very happy with the products. They were relatively easy to fit which was good. Overall, very happy.
