We had a brilliant service from English blinds, will definitely use them again
The website was clear and simple to use with lots of choices. Ordered the blinds and communication was excellent about delivery. However, and this is where English blinds REALLY excelled, the delivery company had damaged the blinds. Despite them being excellently packed, it looked as if the DPD van had driven over the tube and completely trashed the blinds. A quick call to English Blinds and they immediately started to re-produce the blinds without even seeing them returned. The second set arrived perfectly safe and sound and just in time to have them fitted before the tenants moved in. Absolutely excellent service.

Easy to order. Excellent guidance for measuring, so you get a blind that fits exactly as required. Very accommodating when I requested the pattern to run horizontally instead of vertically as shown online. Excellent quality.
