English Blinds were great. Initially, the samples they sent out were a really good size, so you had a good idea of the whole pattern. The website gave clear instructions on how to measure the window to ensure the blind would fit correctly. The blind arrived in 5 days. All in all very happy, oh they were very responsibly priced too. First-class service. A member of the company phoned to raise a query about my selection of fabric because it wasn't wide enough for the size of blind I needed. VERY helpful and were able to make the blind with my 2nd choice of fabric. The order arrived quite quickly, protected inside strong packaging. Excellent manufacture and it fitted easily despite being so long. Would happily recommend them without a moment's hesitation. I have in fact already done so.

Although I ordered online, English Blinds customer service over the phone was very helpful, as was their response by email too. I had ordered a 2m made-to-measure roller blind from them some 6 years ago and wanted to replace it like for like. Luckily, I had kept my confirmation email so knew the size I needed but used customer services to double-check. I ordered just before the Jubilee weekend so expected my order to take a little longer but kept up-to-date with the progress, plus from Parcel Force who were used as couriers. Extremely happy with my order and the design I chose, Savio Charcoal, is perfect for my kitchen. I would recommend this company for your window blinds needs.
