I ordered a sample before ordering the blinds. The instructions were helpful in measuring the size of the blind I needed. I didn't receive a confirmation email to say I had paid but was quickly rectified when I called. The blinds are now installed and I am over the moon with the quality of them and sets off the room! All arrived beautifully packaged with the metal chain! Making sure your measurements are right is essential as they fit perfectly. So measure twice!
