This is our second order from this excellent company and both times we have had excellent service. We were told that there was a potential problem with the fabric for our latest order, and sent a photo so that we could understand the issue. Based on this we decided to carry on and we are very pleased with the finished blinds, which arrived sooner than expected too. Clearly, every effort was made to minimise the problem.
Excellent shopping experience. I found a fabric style that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else, the ordering process was smooth, it was delivered on time and the product is good quality and was easy to fit. I especially liked being able to track the parcel online. Would definitely recommend and will use again.
