First, I ordered a sample which arrived in one day. I placed an order for a bespoke-sized Venetian blind and was given a timescale for delivery. The blind arrived within the original dates given and was in perfect condition. The instructions for fitting were easily understandable. The blind was a perfect size and well-made. Thank you - pleased with the multi-lux blinds. My main concern was they would fit - they slot in very nicely to the recess and are easy to install. I think the fittings seem quite sturdy metal and they roll out smoothly. The material is mould-resistant without appearing too plasticky. Delivery all on time with the current COVID circumstances. I emailed to ask to change the colour of one, it was all sorted. Thank you it is much appreciated
